These terms describe coaching and design enquiries offered by TheNeoVerse through Neo Store. Read them alongside the cancellation policy before booking.
Coaching scope and price
NeoSelf wellbeing coaching costs £66.66 for a 60-minute session. NeoMotorsport costs £55.55 for a 60-minute session. NeoSelf covers general wellbeing and habits. Clinical counselling, diagnosis and medical nutrition therapy are outside this offer. NLP and anatomy/physiology training is in progress.
Booking and delivery
Sessions are booked through Google Calendar with payment processed by Stripe. Review the service, time zone, price and contact details before completing checkout. A session is confirmed when the paid booking completes. Online sessions use Google Meet. In-person locations must be agreed directly; do not attend the postal address without an explicit arrangement.
Availability and preparation
The booking calendar governs actual availability. Standard hours are weekdays 9am–5pm UK time, with 24 hours’ booking notice and 15-minute gaps. Bring a practical goal for your session. If booking for someone else, contact us first to agree the arrangements.
Cancellation, changes and statutory rights
At least 24 hours’ notice allows a full refund or reschedule; later cancellations are reviewed individually. This policy does not restrict statutory cancellation or refund rights. Where a consumer cooling-off period applies, we will respect it. If you request a session during that period, we will obtain an explicit request for the early start and explain the effect of full delivery before it begins.
If we cannot deliver
If we need to cancel a session, we will contact you to arrange another suitable time or a full refund. Contact us promptly if technical difficulties prevent attendance so we can review what happened.
Design projects
An enquiry is not an order or a commitment to pay. Scope, deliverables, price, payment schedule, timescale, intellectual-property arrangements and any maintenance are agreed in a written proposal before work begins. No digital download is currently being sold through this draft.
Clothing and future products
Clothing artwork is a design preview. It is not a statement of manufactured stock, final specifications or an open pre-order. Product-specific prices, sizing, delivery and return terms will be provided before sales open.
Questions or concerns
Contact support with the service and booking or project details so we can review your concern. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
