This notice explains how TheNeoVerse uses information when you browse Neo Store, send an enquiry or book a session.
TheNeoVerse is responsible for the personal information it uses to handle enquiries, deliver its services and support customers. Our contact details appear below. This notice covers Neo Store; linked platforms also provide their own privacy information.
Enquiries include your name, email, selected interest and message. Bookings include contact details, the service, appointment time and format preference. Shopify and its providers may collect device, browser, usage and security information when you use the website. Please do not send sensitive health information through the general enquiry or booking form.
We use information to respond to enquiries, make and manage bookings, deliver agreed services, process payments and refunds, handle support, keep necessary records and protect the website. Depending on the purpose, the basis is taking steps towards or performing a contract, legitimate business interests, legal obligations or consent where required. Sending an enquiry does not itself subscribe you to marketing.
Shopify hosts the storefront and contact form. Google Calendar manages appointment scheduling and Google Meet provides online sessions. Stripe processes session payments. We do not collect or store full payment-card details in the enquiry form. Each provider processes data under its applicable terms and privacy information.
The storefront uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality, security and, where enabled and permitted, analytics or advertising. Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled in the store settings and may use customer and interaction data to improve services, advertising and personalisation as described in Shopify’s privacy information. Non-essential tracking should follow applicable consent choices. Use the cookie banner or privacy choices where available.
Information is shared with service providers as needed for the functions above, or where required by law. Providers may process information outside your country, using their applicable transfer safeguards. We do not publish your enquiries or booking details on this website.
We keep information only as long as needed for the enquiry, service, support, security and applicable record-keeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the type of information and why it is held. Contact us with a deletion or retention question.
Depending on applicable law, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive your information, restrict or object to certain uses, or withdraw consent.
