How much does a Neo Design project cost?+
Explore the Investment section for package starting points and ongoing care. Final investment depends on scope, technical requirements and the level of interaction involved.
How long does a project take?+
The schedule follows the scope, content readiness and technical complexity. Discovery establishes the milestones and a realistic launch plan before production begins.
Do you work with existing brands?+
Yes. We can extend an existing identity into a digital system or scope additional brand direction where the current identity needs more range.
Can you redesign an existing site?+
Yes. We start by understanding what needs to change and what is worth preserving, including existing content, customer journeys and integrations.
Do you provide ongoing support?+
Neo Care offers defined ongoing support through Core, Growth and Partner. Scope, allowance, response expectations and rollover rules are agreed in the final service agreement.
Do you build ecommerce, booking or AI functionality?+
These requirements are scoped individually around the platforms, data and customer journey involved. We establish feasibility and integration needs before including them in a proposal.
How are payments structured?+
The approved schedule is 50% booking deposit, 30% at design approval and 20% before launch. Production begins after the booking payment clears. Final production handover follows final payment.
